I want to tone, lose and flatten my belly. While also hoping to lose 30 pounds by the end of August. What should I do? What kind of workouts? What should I eat? I already am working out 3-4 times a week, but I'm limited - I have no access to a gym. Help! Do you think this goal is attainable? And if so, how should I accomplish it?
Hi! : ) Healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week. So, It may actually take until September for you to lose 30 lbs. It may go faster for you, you never know. Everyone is different.
You would just need to eat clean, drink a lot of water, and work out.
If you can’t make it to the gym that is okay.. you can work out just fine at home/running. I have heard that jump roping is also a really good exercise. Look up “Jump roping to lose weight” and you will read some cool stuff about how great jump roping is. : )
